[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
   i. Gathered feedback on WebVMT Draft Note [1] from Spatial Data on the Web Working Group prior to publication as a W3C Note which is a Charter deliverable [2].
   ii. Planned OGC Testbed-19 collaborative proposal for road network use cases identified in Testbed-18 MFSI Engineering Report [3] to integrate geo-aligned video with HTML using WebVMT.
   iii. Posted update to WebVMT Community Group [4] on 28 March 2023 about forthcoming W3C Note publication.

2. Next Steps
    i. Complete review of W3C Draft Note [5] and publish as a W3C Note.
    ii. Submit proposal to OGC Testbed-19 [6] for geo-aligned video analysis of road network use cases [3].
    iii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [7] and Moving Features SWG [8].
    iv. Continue participation in WebXR Geo-alignment [9] and WICG DataCue [10].
    v. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
