[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Presented enhanced 3D compass web page demo with floating direction indicator to OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [1] on 4 August 2022.
    ii. Presented 3D compass Android app demo to OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [1] on 18 August 2022.
    iii. Drafted update to W3C Editor's Draft [2] for data sync [3], interpolation [4] and altitude - not yet published.

2. Next Steps
    i. Update W3C Editor's Draft [2] with new features including moving objects [5], camera orientation [6] and CSS selector [7].
    ii. Continue participation in WebXR Geo-alignment [8].
    iii. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [1].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
