[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Updated 3D compass Android app demo to include floating direction indicator for parity with the web page demo and sensor selection to investigate graceful degradation.
    ii. Raised w3c/geolocation-api#130 issue [1] to discuss alignment of OGC GeoPose with W3C Geolocation API.
    iii. Drafted update to W3C Editor's Draft [2] for data sync [3], interpolation [4] and altitude - not yet published.

2. Next Steps
    i. Update W3C Editor's Draft [2] with CSS selector [5] and prepare for publication as a W3C Note.
    ii. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [6].
    iii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [7].
    iv. Continue participation in WebXR Geo-alignment [8].
    v. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
