[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Presented update of OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [1] geo-orientation work to Moving Features SWG [2] at OGC TC in Singapore on 3 October 2022.
    ii. Updated W3C Editor's Draft [3] for data sync [4], interpolation [5] and altitude.
    iii. Presented overview of WebVMT Editor's Draft [3] update and publication plan to Spatial Data on the Web [6] on 13 October 2022.
    iv. Updated 3D compass Android app demo to include OGC GeoPose [7] snapshot feature, location timestamp and selectable fixed/floating direction indicator.
    v. Drafted geo-orientation chapter for OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [1] Engineering Report D020.

2. Next Steps
    i. Update W3C Editor's Draft [3] with CSS selector [8] and prepare for publication as a W3C Note.
    ii. Integrate geo-orientation chapter with OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [1] Engineering Report D020.
    iii. Update 3D compass Android app for release.
    iv. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [9].
    v. Continue participation in WebXR Geo-alignment [10].
    vi. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
