[webvmt] WebVMT Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Wrote draft Geo-alignment gap analysis [1] based on development of text-pose example [2]) to identify W3C documents, key issues and highlight gaps - including accuracy, permissions, sensor fusion, lidar, geoalignment indication and yaw-pitch-roll angles issues.
    ii. Drafted update to W3C Editor's Draft [3] for data sync [4], interpolation [5] and altitude - not yet published.
    iii. Participated in OGC Testbed-18 [6] kick off plenary meeting on 3 May 2022 and delayed kick off (part2) meeting on 24 May 2022.
    iv. Participated in Open Data Institute (ODI) Data Ethics Maturity Model [7] discussion for benchmarking ethical use of geospatial data on 24 May 2002.
    v. Presented WebVMT proposal to OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [8] meeting on 26 May 2022.

2. Next Steps
    i. Update W3C Editor's Draft [3] with new features including moving objects [9], camera orientation [10] and CSS selector [11].
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [12].
    iii. Continue participation in WebXR Geo-alignment [13].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
