[webvmt] WebVMT Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Updated Geo-alignment gap analysis [1] with new key issues and gap analysis items, and added test results from Web Platform Tests and MDN.
    ii. Drafted update to W3C Editor's Draft [2] for data sync [3], interpolation [4] and altitude - not yet published.
    iii. Presented WebVMT use cases for OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [5] at OGC Moving Features SWG meeting on 10 June 2022.
    iv. Attended Practical GeoAI Ethics [6] workshop to discuss ethical use of geospatial data at Ordnance Survey HQ in Southampton on 16 June 2022.

2. Next Steps
    i. Update W3C Editor's Draft [2] with new features including moving objects [7], camera orientation [8] and CSS selector [9].
    ii. Continue participation in WebXR Geo-alignment [10].
    iii. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [5].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
