Template for SSN use cases document

Hi all,

In the previous SDWWG plenary session we talked about writing down the reasons i.e. use cases participants have for doing an update of SOSA/SSN.
I now created a template i.e. a mostly empty document you can start writing in. It uses ReSpec, the W3C tool for spec authoring.

You can author in HTML or markdown, and put everything in one big document or include document fragments. I leave that up to you.

Feel free to start putting content in and do pull requests. We can discuss editorship, workflow, format etc in the next meeting.
@Bert Bos<mailto:bert@w3.org> if I made any mistakes configuring the doc, please feel free to make corrections – it has been some time since I set up a W3C doc, am using ReSpec at Geonovum but a slightly outdated flavour so I may be missing config options.
