[webvmt] WebVMT Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Presented 3D compass web page demo to OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [1] on 7 July 2022.
    ii. Presented summary of Geo-alignment and Testbed-18 Moving Features progress to Spatial Data on the Web Working Group [2] on 21 July 2022.
    iii. Drafted update to W3C Editor's Draft [3] for data sync [4], interpolation [5] and altitude - not yet published.

2. Next Steps
    i. Update W3C Editor's Draft [3] with new features including moving objects [6], camera orientation [7] and CSS selector [8].
    ii. Continue participation in WebXR Geo-alignment [9].
    iii. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-18 Moving Features & Sensor Integration [1].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
