Sincere apologies all. I had thought the ZOOM details for the meeting were published on the SDW-WG calendar [1]. Unfortunately I assumed wrong and the call details weren't published. I have now updated the calendar details.

A few people were able to join the call once I'd sent the ZOOM details. Here's what we agreed.

#Update to the Spatial Data on the Best Practices
Timo Homberg and Clara Boyd will email WG members to recap on objectives for this work and invite the WG to a call at 09.00 UTC, 22-Nov-2021 where they will re-initialise work on the BP doc.

#Reports from TPAC: Maps4HTML
Peter Rushforth will email the WG members with highlights from the TPAC meetings and provide a link to minutes of discussions.

#Plenary call times
Consensus from today's participants was that alternating meetings would be OK - 14.00UTC and 20.00UTC.
Please respond and have your say.

Jeremy

Subject: Spatial Data on the Web Working Group - next plenary call & timeslot for future calls

Hi folks. Spatial Data on the Web Interest Group is dead closed! Long live Spatial Data on the Web Working Group.

Our next plenary call is scheduled for 14.00UTC, Thursday 11-Nov-2021.

Outline agenda (to be confirmed):

  1. Update to the Spatial Data on the Best Practices: introducing Timo Homburg as co-lead for this activity, and recap of objectives
  2. Reports from TPAC: Maps4HTML, ImmersiveWeb/Geopose, WebOfThings/SDW
  3. Timeslot for future SDW-WG plenary meetings
  4. Any other business

In support of item #3, we'd like your thoughts on options. We have a team that spans America, Europe, Middle East and Australia. Looking at the time zones [2], there's no convenient time for everyone. The best options are 14.00UTC and 20.00UTC.

So - what's your preference?

  1. 14.00UTC
  2. 20.00UTC
  3. Alternating 14.00/20.00UTC

Please respond via email if you're unable to attend the call next week.

Finally, a reminder that if you've not already done so, please head over to the SDW-WG homepage [1] to join.

Thanks all.

Jeremy & Linda.
