Let's do a quick poll via email as to the preferred destination for those able to make the dates. Vote London or Amersfoort in the next 24 hours... See minutes: https://www.w3.org/2016/11/02-sdw-minutes Not sure where it will be hosted yet. Amersfoort is an option, I’m holding the meeting room just in case, but don’t know how long I can keep holding it. On 13th, I could join the afternoon part of a virtual meeting. While F2F meetings are generally easier and more productive it wouldn't break my heart not to have to travel that week. On the subject of F2F meeting planning: It looks like we're not going to get sufficient people together to be in London on 13 - 14 December to make it worth while those that can meeting up. I know Linda has offered to host a meeting again in Amersfoort. Some groups have virtual F2F meetings, i.e. extended telcos and maybe that would be useful? One of the key things about a F2F, whether real or virtual, is that it provides a deadline for progress and I hope we'll be able to get updated versions of Time, SSN and maybe the BP doc out before Christmas, as well as FPWDs of the Coverages docs. So some sort of sprint followed by a December F2F (real or virtual) seems valuable from my perspective. Rec/standards track docs need to be ready for Candidate Rec by Feb (March latest) so time is running out. We have scheduled a final F2F meeting in Delft for March to coincide with the TC there so I'm hoping that when we leave there, editors will have enough info to complete all docs within a week or so after that.
