Re: Call for Exclusions: Semantic Sensor Network Ontology

By way of explanation: this is the W3C process that achieves the same as 
the OGC's Patent Call you're familiar with at the beginning of all our 
meetings. It's the first time you've seen this as SSN is the first Rec 
Track/standards track document (the UCR and BP doc are, in W3C-speak, 
Working Group Notes).
