update on coverage sub-group

Hi all

A quick update for the plenary call on the work of the coverage sub-group.

We had a demo and discussion of the experimental implementation at ANU, and
an update on implementation work at University of Reading. Also Rob
Atkinson updated us on his short term implementation and research plans -
so there is now a lot of concrete activity around working things, which we
can use to inform and test the specfication work.
We discussed documenting and refining the requirements, currently
documented in this wiki page:

For the next meeting the sub-group members are tasked with reviewing and
extending this document.
