Agenda for Coverages sub-group, 13:00 UTC, 18 May 2016

Hi all

I've created a meeting page and agenda for the coverage sub-group call
tomorrow:

The main item on the agenda is to discuss a draft of requirements for our
coverage deliverable (building on the work already done in the UCR).

I've been doing some work on this and will distribute something by the end
of Tuesday, UK time.
