Dial-in details for Best Practices sub-group virtual meeting, Tue 3-May

All- for those of you planning to join the BP editors in the virtual
meeting tomorrow at 11 utc, the dial in details are now available [1] on
the meeting page. Check out the agenda there too.

We're using GoTo meeting for this one; hopefully that won't cause anyone
any issues.
