Hi Maik - no problem.  The time of the meeting is fixed and not flexible
(because the scheduling process is a bit of a nightmare and this regular
slot is already the outcome of a 'negotiation'), but everyone has other
commitments some of the time, so it's inevitable that people can't make all
of them.

By the way, for the meeting after this (6 April) we'll be moving to a
different regular time slot of 13:00 UTC on alternate Wednesdays (which
will be 14:00 UK time after the clocks change).  Hopefully that will work
out better for you.

Between now and the meeting I'll be writing up some notes in wiki pages -
I'll circulate links to those and if you want to submit any comments by
email, or by editing the pages, that would be great
