Call details & how to find them

Dear all,

This is the first week when the group is splitting into three for
separate calls. The instructions for joining any or all of the three is
the same.

1. Follow the link from the meetings page [1] to your meeting
https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/wiki/Meetings

2. The agenda includes the WebEx link and, if you need it, the phone in
details.

3. Please note the relevant *IRC channel*. They are:
- #sdwbp
- #sdwssn
- #sdwcov

In each of those channels you'll see that the webex password is in the
topic line but, ahem, it's the same as the channel.

The exception is the coverages call which is using the regular slot used
for the joint calls so it's the auto-generated one. But it is in the IRC
topic line so you can always see it.

You can always type 'zakim, code?' to get the WebEx link.

Why separate IRC channels?

Because RRSAgent uses the IRC channel name in the URL of the minutes and
it would be a problem if we used the same channel when we have two calls
on the same day as we do tomorrow (BP and Coverages).

For each meeting, someone needs to be the host. That's usually me, but
when I can't be on the call (like the SSN one today, sorry), the chair
needs to take the host role.

To do this, in WebEx, go to Participant->Reclaim host and enter the
relevant code:

SSN: 709385
Coverages (joint): 146648
BP: 260592

Being host allows you to mute/unmute others.

It is *important* that at the end of the meeting, the host takes the
option to *End* the meeting, not just leave it (click Leave meeting as
usual and then select End meeting).

And remember to start the bots before the meeting and generate the
minutes at the end. No RRSAgent -> no minutes -> nothing binding ->
worst case scenario you need to re-run the whole meeting :-(

Hope this is clear and that I haven't forgotten anything.

Phil.
