Kaz, Chunming, As discussed on global last week, the Spatial Data on the Web WG has just published an update to the OWL Time ontology which is now on the Rec Track at W3C and, simultaneously, the equivalent process at OGC. See https://www.w3.org/TR/2016/WD-owl-time-20160712/ One of the key motivations for this work is to support calendar systems other than the Gregorian - including lunar calendars. For that reason, the WG is keen to receive feedback from your areas of the world.
