Owl-time versions tracking

Hi all ,
I was wondering what is the plan for "merging" de new version of OWL Time
with the historical one?
<http://www.w3.org/2006/time> and <http://www.w3.org/2006/time#2006> still
deref to the old version.
Will that be changed only once the work is REC ?
