[Corrected] Re: SDW-BP published

I have invoked a little known and rarely-used clause in the W3C process. 
It was introduced during the long summer nights at Bretton Woods at the 
very founding of W3C. Known as Occam's JFDI clause, it has proved to be 
very helpful in previous such situations.
