Hi Phil and group Apologies I've been completely out of it for a while, now catching up on all the emails and the work (lots of it!) that has been going on. Quick reply to this one: the NERC library has permalinks for each item, so you could use this instead if preferred. http://nerc.worldcat.org/oclc/921256107 It takes you to the landing page in the library catalogue, from where there is a link to the pdf URL you found. I can double check with Andrew Hughes that it's the same version he intended in his use case..
