BP spatial ontology

Hello,

As the subject of today's meeting is progress of the Best Practice
deliverable I wonder if there is something to report on the development of
the spatial ontology that is to be part of the deliverable. With four
bullet points the charter mentions
<http://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/charter#bp> what will be included in the BP
deliverable. The first item says a spatial ontology will be developed. It
is probably quite a task because many different viewpoints will have to be
harmonized, so I wonder how this subtask will be undertaken, if there is a
time path, and how all of us can contribute.
