Preparation ahead of this week's call: reviewing DWBP doc

This week we'll be joined by folks from the DWBP working group. As you
know, the SDW best practices often build on those defined in DWBP, so it's
important to make sure we have clear and well understood relationship
between the two sets of best practices.

At this week's F2F meeting in Amersfoort, @eparsons asked me to remind you
all about your homework: please *read the DWBP editor's draft* [1] ...

   - look see if they are handling location / spatial / temporal issues
   well where ever they are referenced or used as examples in their best
   practices
   - spot the gaps with our expectations regarding “common” data on the web
   (i.e. issues that don't relate purely to location / spatial); we will need
   to clarify position with DWBP … but note that @phila says that they're
   sufficiently progressed so that if they haven’t covered these issues they
   won't be going into the DWBP doc! If those issues are important to us we
   _must_ include these in our BP doc.
   - best to read the whole thing, but prioritise attention on those best
   practices we are explicitly referencing ...
