Action 242 and action 243

Hi all,

This is just to document that I've completed action 242 (Restructure the BP document to move the summary to the top and remove the template). I've done this in a separate branch called 'bp-next-wd-rel'[1] as the BP document as it is in the gh-pages branch still needs to be published as new WD.

In this bp-next-wd-rel branch I've also merged pull requests by Clemens and Bart which we decided not to include in the Jan 2017 release. Plus a pull request by Lars for a minor text change.

... and action 243 (Publish the sprint plan on the wiki) is completed as well [2].
