Changelog for SSN document

I've done a side-by-side comparison of the current draft in gh-pages with https://www.w3.org/TR/2016/WD-vocab-ssn-20160531/ and see the following changes to be added to the change-log:



-          1. Introduction

o   Added to end: explanation of 'viewpoints' supported by SSN

-          3. Modularization

o   Removed subsection on 'Horizontal Segmentation'

-          4. The SOSA ontology

o   New chapter.

o   This is a proposal for the core module, which includes classes for Sensor, Observation, Sample and Actuator, plus a small set of related classes and properties that can link individuals from these classes.

-          5. The SSN Ontology (this is the only chapter where I've looked inside much)

o   Removed diagram of Ontology Structure

o   Classes renamed: Frequency, Latency

o   Classes added: Input, Output, Process, SensorInput

o   Properties removed: featureInObservation, hasValue, produces

-          6. Alignment to SSN of the SSN-XG, ssn-bc

o   New chapter.

o   Alignment back to the ontology developed by the Incubator Group.

o   Just a stub for now, sketching what some alignment patterns/rules might look like

-          7. Alignment to DOLCE+DNS Ultralite upper ontology (DUL)

o   New chapter.

o   Alignment up to upper-level ontology (now provided as a separate graph, not included in the SSN ontology itself)

o   List of alignment axioms, incomplete.

-          8. Alignment to Observations and Measurements

o   New chapter

o   Introductory paragraphs, otherwise a placeholder

-          9. Work Plan

o   Now 23 Issues listed (was 15), but this does not include issues added in the last week or so (quite a few!)

-          B. Change History

o   New appendix.
