Dear BP editors,
Many thanks for this work! Unfortunately, I haven't managed to be at the
f2f, but I'll try as much as possible to participate remotely to the BP
sessions. In any case, I send in advance my +1 for the publication of
the new version of the BP.
Meanwhile, I include below a quick comment that may be considered for
future releases of the BP document.
In BP4, about the "Why", I was thinking it may be worth making more
explicit the second part of point #1 ("people may not even be aware of
their existence"), maybe moving it in a specific point - e.g.:
"to find the relevant data, you need to know in advance in which
catalogs they are registered"
