CRS84 broken URI resolve

Hi all,

specifically to OGC folks:

Why does http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/OGC/1.3/CRS84 not resolve to 
anything?

Why does http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/ogc/1.3/crs84 resolve?

Please fix that, the second URI is not the correct one!
