Frans, Alejandro, I'm getting ready for the kick off meeting of the UK-China project that's going to be helping the WG with the Coverages deliverable [1]. In doing so, I want to be able to point to the list of requirements for that deliverable so I've made a couple of minor changes to the generating script. It now generates sections for each list rather than a single div containing all of them. This allows ReSpec to work its magic and put IDs in all over the place which was the basic goal, i.e. I can now point to http://w3c.github.io/sdw/UseCases/SDWUseCasesAndRequirements.html#arCoverageInLinkedData I hope you don't mind but I've already merged this in the group's repo.
