The positioning system requirement

Shall we make a decision on the Positioning system requirement

should be possible to define the positioning system used to determine the
spatial location in the data. To be considered as sub-requirement of 5.43
Spatial metadata")?

I think it would be fine to list the positioning system used as one of the
types of metadata that should have a standard way of expression.

This requirement is now linked to the SSN deliverable only. But it seems to
be that it might be desirable to indicate the positioning system used for
data that are not published as sensor data too.
