Hello Chris, In the UCR spreadsheet <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PSnpJYQDgsdgZgPJEfUU0EhVfgFFYGc1WL4xUX9Dunk/edit?usp=sharing> you placed a comment "Yes? There may be summaries as well as original data." at the intersection of the Meteorological Data Rescue use case <http://w3c.github.io/sdw/UseCases/SDWUseCasesAndRequirements.html#MeteorologicalDataRescue> and the Spatial Meronymy requirement <http://w3c.github.io/sdw/UseCases/SDWUseCasesAndRequirements.html#SpatialMeronymy>. It seems to me that the requirement to relate summaries of data of original data is covered by the Linkability requirement <http://w3c.github.io/sdw/UseCases/SDWUseCasesAndRequirements.html#Linkability>. Do you agree? The relationship with the Linkability requirement has already been made. Spatial meronymy is more about relating a part to a greater entity, e.g. 'England is part of the UK'.
