use cases

UCR editors,
I have just completed  working through the use case SPREADSHEET making  the headings longer and clearer  on the SSN, Coverage and Time tabs,
based on my notes and my memory of the relevant use case meetings I have chaired (this was  action 21  against me in the tracker).

I have also added a few comments in the headings for clarification or where I think a merge is called for in some places.

We have not yet, as a group, completed working through the use cases for those three deliverables, and we will schedule a meeting to do so.
Please advise me when you think a suitable time would be (we were partly delaying to get our act together for all we had done so far, so your advice is important).
