Thanks Linda. @Denis - it remains theoretically possible that we'll get a stop message from OGC but that is so unlikely at this stage that I suggest you plan for the publication tomorrow. In other words, we can take this message from Linda (who is a chair of the relevant WG within OGC) as a signal to move the default from no to yes.
