Re: Origin and licensing for the XML3D examples

Hi Phil,

I found another copy of the source code (from the same author) as posted 
to flipcode at

    https://code.google.com/p/codesuppository/source/browse/trunk/old_snippets/triangulate.cpp

that explicitly states it is under MIT licensing.
If desired, I can update the respective reference in the examples to 
this copy of the code and create a pull request.
