Hi Chris, Do you have a copy of www.ceh.ac.uk/data/nrfa/nhmp/other_reports/2012_Drought_Transformation.pdf by any chance please? It's a 404... Assuming there's no legal barrier, I can make a copy on our server (that will persist).
