[sdwwg] Apologies for absence from meetings

Dear sdwwg people,

Apologies for non-attendance at meetings are greatly appreciated. However, we are failing to get them systematically into the meeting minutes.
It would be most appreciated if you could (in order of preference and reliability - you are welcome to do all 3!)

a) Record it yourself on the wiki page for the relevant meeting - normally we have the page ready for this a couple of days before the meeting (see e.g as Chris Little and Rachel Heaven did here: http://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/wiki/index.php?title=Meetings:Telecon20150401a)

b) Post them to (this) public email list and they are likely to be recorded, but that may be less reliable (and may discourage participants from keeping track of the group's email?)

c) Email a Chair - which will be confidential but maybe too confidential (ie will not get on to the record).

Regrets sent by email to me (and probably similarly for Ed) rarely get to the official meeting "regrets" in the minutes because I don't pick them up until after the meeting is over. This is an inevitable consequence of the contradiction inherent in the basic human need for sleep and the sdwwg need for global teleconferences. If I do get them earlier, then I try do step (a) above on your behalf, but I'd be very pleased if you could do this for me!
Kerry
