We already have a github.com organization for SDshare, with existing issues
  https://github.com/SDShare/Specification/issues

and a repository with the actual spec document
  https://github.com/SDShare/Specification


We need to decide whether to keep that, or move everything to the W3C infrastructure. What does everyone think?
