Right, that can work, but in my experience is better suited to very "hands on" work (bug triage certainly seems to fit the bill) rather than possibly fast-paced discussion of the sort I would see happening at such an event. I was more thinking of organising "Developers/Standardistas" meetings with local JS chapters to spread the word about this CG, open up the discussion, all that.
