W3C Attribution specification - request for comment

Hello all,

The Private Advertising Technology (PAT) Working Group in the W3C has the Attribution specification getting ready to advance. As part of this project, we are notifying the W3C's shared email list with TC 39 to make sure participants have an opportunity to review and comment.
