https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=26970 Bug ID: 26970 Summary: factor out "location of properties that usually go on an interface prototype object wording" Product: WebAppsWG Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: WebIDL Assignee: cam@mcc.id.au Reporter: cam@mcc.id.au QA Contact: public-webapps-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-script-coord@w3.org In various places in the spec we have a big bunch of wording that describes how a property would usually exist on an interface prototype object, but that if we're the global, it goes on the instance itself. We should factor that wording out somewhere to avoid duplication. Also we should audit all of the properties that are currently placed on the interface prototype object to see if they should be using this wording. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
