Schema.org v15 release candidate (target ~2022-10-21)

Dear Schema.org Community Group / Steering Group / interested parties,

Based on discussions here and in Github, here is a proposal for a new
Schema.org release, version 15.0, which I would like to publish later this
month. There are various small things needing editorial attention that
didn't make it in yet so I anticipate another release later this year too.
If you have comments on any of the changes please comment in Github or
here.
