Dear all As a complement to the proposed extension to describe Legislation in schema.org (https://schema.org/Legislation, also see [1] and related issues), the ELI Taskforce has released a "Guide to described Legislation in schema.org" at https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli-register/legis_schema_org.html. This guide aims at documenting how to use the proposed schema.org extension to describe basic acts, amending acts, consolidated acts, or act subdivisions (articles). It proposes an application profile for these cases (mandatory, recommended and optional properties - no SHACL yet), as well as examples. It is hoped that this guide will help legal publishers to disseminate more structured metadata on the web, improving the findability, interoperability and reusability of legislation at web scale.
