Are The Vocabulary URI's Also Licensed?

Would the code:

<div itemscope itemtype="schemadotorg URI HERE">

    ...

</div>

Need a notice: "The URI [schemadotorg URI HERE] is licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 (or Apache 2.0 , I don't know)"

Basically, just wanted to know if the CC or Apache 2.0 license covers more than just the vocabulary schema and the interface at each of the URI's, and actually covers the URI itself too.
