Hotel room offers and no availability

We have been using markup for hotels <https://schema.org/docs/hotels.html> and
specifically offers as a way to describe rooms and rates search results.

One thing that has come up is how do we explicitly declare no
availability or offers? This is subtly different from just not having any
offers on a page.

Any ideas?
