I'd also like to add one more thing, a draft (i.e. for Pending) vocabulary
for describing product return information. It's not urgent and I'd be happy
leaving it for next month, but it's also pretty straightforward so getting
it into Pending and iterating there seems easier than having drafts
floating around elsewhere.
