Have you communicated at all with anybody involved with IPTC, the
International Press Telecommunications Council? They do a lot of very
sophisticated standards-based work on sports reporting in the context of
their news standards. I've copied Brendan Quinn, IPTC Executive Director,
who could direct you to the right folks. I know the folks at the BBC (among
