Hi
if you add the type "SportsOrganization" you can add a list of sports - it
seems to validate ok.
Like this :

  "@context": "http://www.schema.org",
  "@type":["SportsClub","SportsOrganization"],
  "sport":["American Football","Baseball","Swimming","Soccer"],
  (...)
}
