Dear Schema.org Community Group, Steering Group, interested parties,

Based on discussions here and in Github, here is a proposal for a new
Schema.org release, version 3.6:


The release notes page is not yet updated with links to the changed terms.
Please instead see the Github tracker
 for detailed (and properly hyperlinked) to the various (pretty modest)
changes proposed for 3.6.

 I'll also summarize here. Merged in for 3.6 release candidate review:

 #2203 Add Service to rangeIncludes of orderedItem
 #2204 Add LodgingBusiness to domainIncludes of numberOfRooms
 #2174 Added number formatting advice to Number and relevant properties
 #2082 Fix RDFa example for Website
 #2077 Fix JSON-LD example for availableLanguage

 #2054 README correct two spelling mistakes
 #2036 Fix broken url term in ItemList example
 #2029 defining workload of a course instance
 #2013 Fix typo in hotels.html
 #2003 Improvements to descriptions of CampGround and CampingPitch
 #1989 isLiveBroadcast example: link instead of meta element
 #1937 Add a direct link to Developers page from Schemas page
 #1607 Makes CatholicChurch subclass of Church
 #1975 correcting format of durations, fixes #1470; correcting examples in
timeRequired. Fixes #1469
 #2202 Restored estimatedSalary as a property expected on the JobPosting

This is targeted for May 1st. Bugs, mistakes,
 typos, modeling and example improvements and other detailed review
 comments are welcome here or in the issue tracker at

(We should also start thinking about a v3.7 for June 1st.)



 ps. as usual there are a few pieces of the release that will be put
 at the end (anything involving exact release dates, dated snapshots etc.,
 plus a better release summary and hyperlinking of terms in the release

 pps. there is a bug with the courseWorkload definition
<https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/pull/2029> I'm still investigating;
the new term isn't showing up yet. Will fix before release.
