schema for 'Ethics'?

Greetings
I am developing knowledge representation  mechanism for the
domain 'ethics' (in relation to technology/AI ethics)

I searched schema.org and see that ethic policy is mentioned in relation to
governance schemas
however I could not find a schema for ethics per se
and would find it useful to complement other work

How do I go about starting a schema for ethics

sorry if there are instructions somewhere which I did not find
