New hosted extension for DIF Identity Hub

Hello Schema.org folks!

My name is Daniel Buchner, the ED for the Decentralized Identity Foundation - a nonprofit focused on advancing open source decentralized identity technology. My paid job is leading decentralized identity work at Microsoft, and I am a former Mozillian (I seem to remember Mozillians were involved in Schema.org).

We at DIF are working on a secure personal datastore spec (https://github.com/decentralized-identity/hubs/blob/master/explainer.md) that Microsoft and others intend to use to help users take ownership of their data and who has access to it. One significant aspect of the design is that most data written to it should be schema-based, in fact, the REST API itself is a direct mapping between schema origins and schema objects.

While you can store any type of schema-based collection/object in these datastores, there is one route that enforces a schema: Messages. For this, we have elected to use schema.org, but we are finding cases where we would like to extend it to provide more specific objects that speak to the flows related to identity interactions. I would like to begin spec'ing out a set of hosted extension objects, but wanted to know if you would be amenable to it.

Please let me know if you have any questions about our schema use/needs, or the project in general.

Thank you for your time!

- Daniel
