Re: Wikidata now has a "refine date" property

Another approach to specifying inexact dates is available through the
Library of Congress's Extended Date/Time Format ED/TF, which handles cases
not accommodated by ISO 8601-2004. (See
https://www.loc.gov/standards/datetime/ )

The functionality of ED/TF is being incorporated into a revision of ISO
8601 that's currently under ratification. (See
https://www.loc.gov/standards/datetime/ISO_DIS%208601-2.pdf) After
ratification, expect schema.org will allow more fuzzy dates, such as when
the beginning or end date is not know for certain.
