I should further say that... I am not blocked by anything missing in
Schema.org as my example showed.

Its just that I think things could be made easier in Schema.org to say
things about an identifier.
Maybe to make it easier, we could just add "checksum" as a sub-property to
identifier, like we do for duns, gtin8, isbn, etc. ??  dunno.
